For USA and Canada I have a flat rate of $2 shipping PER ITEM. (this includes First class mail shipping plus delivery confirmation) I can ship around the globe, just ask for a quote.
Exchanges and refunds
Please contact me If you are not satisfied with our products. I will exchange or refund only unwashed and unworn merchandise. Please be aware that all custom made orders are non-returnable. If you receive an order in which you think the workmanship is lacking. Please email me BEFORE washing or wearing it! Do NOT send it until you have made contact with me concerning the defect.
Repairs will not be made to items shipped without first contacting me about them. I am happy to repair any mistakes or defects that you report to me within 15 days of shipment. All returns (store credit)/exchanges/repairs are at my discretion! This only applies to merchandise bought directly from me. I am not responsible for any items purchased second hand. If you order a large amount of diapers or covers I recommend not washing all of them, until you are sure of how you like them or how they will fit your child. I highly recommend buying one first before you make a big investment. Diapering products are considered undergarments and can not be returned if they have been washed, worn or tried on, unless defective. I will NOT cover things like boiling using very harsh washing methods or using bleach or Oxiclean (this weakens the fabric)! Boiling your diapers may overheat your snaps, causing them to deform and fall off.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order at any time.
Our wool covers come with a care sheet and they are meant to be washed by hand only. Problems like shrinking and holes due to machine washing and/or drying will void this warranty.
I can not be held responsible for items that you have brought used by someone else.
Please e-mail me within 15 days of receiving your order for return authorization. Defective products will be handled on an individual basis.
Any further postage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
